The New York State 4-H Foundation is a private, not-for-profit corporation, focused on building and enhancing quality 4-H programs for New York's young people.

Governed by a board of diverse volunteers, including young trustees, the Foundation works closely with Cornell Cooperative Extension to develop partnerships and solicit, manage, and steward private contributions on behalf of the highest priority 4-H Youth Development programs.
