• Signature Sponsor, $5000
• Super-major, $1500
• Major, $1250
• Patron, $750

If the answer is Yes click on the link under the Sponsors heading that says I Will Have a Team.

If the answer is No continue onto question #2.

2. Are you donating at one of the following Sponsorship Levels WITHOUT entering a team?

• Signature Sponsor, $5000
• Super-major, $1500
• Major, $1250
• Patron, $300
• Tee or Green, $100
• Individual, $25 or more
• In-Kind (Gift)

If the answer is Yes click on the link under the Sponsors heading that says I Won't Have a Team.

If the answer is No continue onto question #3.

3. Are you planning to be the captain of an unsponsored team?

If the answer is Yes click on the link under the Team Captains & Players heading that says Captain an Unsponsored Team.

If the answer is No continue onto question #4.

4. Are you a player that does not have a team and would like to request to be placed on one?

If the answer is Yes click on the link under the Team Captains & Players heading that says Request to be Placed on a Team

If the answer is No continue onto question #5.

5. Are you a player that already knows which team you will be playing on?

If the answer is Yes then you need to give your team captain your contact information and 18 hole average so that he can register you as a member of his team. You do not need to sign yourself up separately.

1. What if I want to be a Tee/Green, Individual, or Inkind Sponsor AND I also want to enter a team?
You need to register twice. Once as the captain of an unsponsored team and once as the sponsor. Each registration is tracked separately in the system, and you will get a different website passcode for each registration.

2. What if I want to register at two or three different sponsorship levels?
You need register separately for each sponsorship. You will get a different website passcode for each sponsorship.

3. I already registered online. Where do I go to update my registration information?
On the 4-H Golf Hompage click on the 'here' link under the green Already Registered Online? heading.

4. What if I forget my website passcode?

5. How do a print a summary or receipt of my registration?
On the 4-H Golf Hompage click on the 'here' link under the green Already Registered Online? heading. Enter you last name and passcode and hit the "Continue" button. At the top of the next page you will see a link for a Printable Summary. Click on it.

6. How do I Pay Online?
You can pay online by donating money to the New York State 4-H Foundation on the Network for Good website. Just click on the Network for Good logo on the 4-H Golf Hompage. For more information about Network for Good and for help paying online visit our Payment Help Page
